I started making my affirmation charms to help me regulate my anxiety, focus my mind set, and create a token to share a little magic into the world. The Affirmation charms are art pieces painted with delightful pastels. As I placed each acrylic stone, charms, fo-pearl I tried to focus on a particular affirmation, which I wrote on the back of the piece.
