My training philosophy…

I work hard to ensure I have created an atmosphere of connection, prepared content to forge the clearest path to understanding, facilitate conversations to help get folks to ask questions, and model that the best practice for when you don't know the answer to something is to...find it!!!

I have been facilitating trainings, workshops, community meetings, and events for over thirteen years.

Supporting the growth of people has been my greatest passion and source of success throughout my career.

I’ve been able to utilize my natural talents for interpersonal communications, public speaking and content creation to cultivate a unique style that builds trust, affirm retention, and enjoy continued learning.

My sessions were designed to ensure that engaged attendees will leave with clearer communication tools, improved connections, and best practices to create a culture that integrates the organization's core values and goals as well the individuals on the team.

These training sessions will help grow personal understanding, equip leadership with tools to identify superstars (ie the next leader on your bench, core players, cultural fixtures) and have the best practices to support development.

This will lead to stronger bonds, improved retention, excite current staff to make more referrals, and a more consistent company culture.
