Hello Starshine
Figuring out, who you are, what you value most, what you want out of life and who you want to share your time with…is something we all spend a life time sorting out.
I think for a lot of us, we spend a lot of our lives working to give ourselves permission to go after what we want.
In fourth grade, while watching Oprah my life was transformed.
She introduced her guest who had the title of “Life Coach”—I was transfixed, as I learned about this newfound profession…it was my dream job.
Help people work through their shit, and live happier lives?
Hell yeah. I’m in.
A life coach isn’t a therapist, or psychiatrist—but still helps people achieve their goals, improve their relationships, and help them make magic in their life.
A lot of us spend years working up the courage to give ourselves permission to live your dream… Of course, that’s not the only thing we’re doing.
I have overcome great challenges.
Decades of bullying, sexual assault, harassment, self-esteem/body image issues, relationship challenges, building a career in a tumultuous and transforming economy are just some of the challenges I’ve overcome.
I have done a tremendous amount of work to build my self-confidence, maintain a positive relationship with my body, elevate my professional presence and cultivate a curiosity practice about myself.
I am really proud and really love who I am.
This self-work lead me to become a comedian, improviser, activist, model, Certified Yoga teacher, and Life Coach.
I have experience supporting survivors of bullying, domestic violence and sexual assault, LGBTQ individuals, young professionals, people struggling with confidence/body image issues, those seeking accountability and support.
I am so excited for the chance to share what I have learned to hopefully help you give yourself permission to live your dream.
This work can be fun, scary, difficult, and will absolutely be rewarding… I can’t predict how things will turn out, but I can promise to have your back every step of the way.

Client Reviews
I’m currently working with Hailey and she’s an excellent coach.
Asks great, uncomfortable but necessary questions, and backs it up with the needed support to get to the answer.
Highly recommended.

Hailey is a conscientious, caring and genuine individual. When we have worked together, I've seen her demonstrate patience and empathy with her colleagues and stakeholders as she helped them realize their goals.
Furthermore, Hailey was an instrumental as I began to recognize my own professional and personal aspirations. She was a fantastic advocate for me as we built out a plan and best next steps.
I can say with the utmost confidence that you will not be disappointed working with her.

Over the past few years, Hailey’s yoga classes have become a staple in my practice.
She genuinely cares for her students and their practice, asking for feedback and encouraging them to listen to their bodies. She commits to the practice by carefully planning the flows and playlists—you’ll never take the same class twice! But she also teaches her students to build foundations that apply to yoga no matter the class or instructor.
Hailey prioritizes proper alignment and gives helpful cues (even during Covid-era video classes) to ensure students practice safely and find their edge.
She also encourages students to playfully experiment, guiding them step-by-step. Her vinyasa classes are unique and fun because she often incorporates strength training and cardio (with an awesome playlist to match!).
I highly recommend giving yoga a try or deepening your practice with Hailey as your guide!

Hailey is a very inspiring coach and will push you to start fulfilling your potential. She encouraged me to complete a technical certificate that I had been eyeing for a while, and I finally completed it after doubting myself for so long.
She'll help you map out a practical guide to start tackling what you want to accomplish. if you're not even sure of what you want yet (I wasn't), she asks just the right questions to help you do some introspection.

Why do you call yourself the Idea Goddess?
More than ten years ago I was invited to speak at TedxDetroit.
I was asked to talk about the impact of Improvisation performance on my life. Improv helped me become confident to speak my truth, declare my reality, and making choices about how I experience life.
In the midst of some self reflection, I realized that one of my greatest gifts is my ability to think and have ideas…. and one thing lead to another.
Saying ‘I’m Hailey, the Idea Goddess’ in front of thousands of people was one of the great thrills of my life—years later the fact that people still tell me it helped them have the courage to declare their magic… is just my favorite thing.
