Whether you've practiced for years, or brand new...I would love to practice with you!!!

Classes

Hatha

Find the balance between tackling your edge and how to best use pose modifications.

The Level 1 class is meant to allow students to explore tastes of a one breath, one movement flow, and then work through a slower flow, having students hold poses for longer periods to really learn the alignment, sensation.

Throughout the class students will explore balance of utilizing pose modification to offer themselves support, and tackling their edge.

Generally, during this class we will move through the opening, about 2 flows, a focus pivotal pose, stretching and then we close with a well-deserved savasana.

Vin-Hatha

During this class we play more between the realm of a traditional Vinyasa and slower flow class.

This class we build a couple flows meant to first be explored with longer holds in poses, and then kick it up a notch by moving more one breath one movement. Giving students the opportunity to explore the depth of the pose, as well as work up a sweat (and have some FUN) with increased movement.

Generally, during this class we will move through the opening, 2 or 3 flows, a focus pivotal pose, stretching, and then we close with a well-deserved savasana.

Vinyasa

Let’s celebrate the union of breath, movement, and everything that is you!

Level 3 is in the realm of a traditional Vinyasa class. This class is meant to move at a one breath, one movement, explore steady transitions and inversions.

Generally, during this class we will move through the opening, about 3 flows, a focus pivotal pose, stretching and then we close with a well-deserved savasana.

Core-Restore Yoga

This class integrates the value of restorative stretching poses and core work.

Class will start with a Yin style focus-- offering extended holds in stretching poses to ease folks into the class, building to a brief energetic flow, then transitioning to a focus on core work and concluding with an extended savasana.

Blender

Integrating the practices of Yoga and mat Pilates students will be led through an energetic flow with a focus on building strength, stretching the body and vibrant sweat session!

Body Party

This 60 minute all levels Vin-Hatha style class is designed to offer cueing and modifications to accommodate larger bodies, as well as messaging focused on radical self love!

We’re celebrating our bodies today!

What People Are Saying…

Over the past few years, Hailey’s yoga classes have become a staple in my practice. She genuinely cares for her students and their practice, asking for feedback and encouraging them to listen to their bodies.

She commits to the practice by carefully planning the flows and playlists—you’ll never take the same class twice! But she also teaches her students to build foundations that apply to yoga no matter the class or instructor.

Hailey prioritizes proper alignment and gives helpful cues (even during Covid-era video classes) to ensure students practice safely and find their edge. She also encourages students to playfully experiment, guiding them step-by-step. Her vinyasa classes are unique and fun because she often incorporates strength training and cardio (with an awesome playlist to match!). I highly recommend giving yoga a try or deepening your practice with Hailey as your guide!

If you are looking for a yoga class that is fun, guided, and a good workout Hailey's classes are for you! She focuses on alignment, good music and positive vibes.

Her classes give you a good workout but also leave you feeling refreshed and stretched out at the end of class.

I started taking Haileys class in a studio but with Covid everything has switched to online. Even from online, she still manages to assist with alignment corrections, and makes everyone feel connected.

I highly recommend Haileys classes!!!! She makes everyone feel comfortable no matter what stage in your practice you are. While taking her classes I gained a better appreciation of my own body, strength and breath.

Thank you Hailey!!!! <3

My name is Michael King and I was the Director of Operations at the Beaumont Wellness Center - Dearborn.  Luck smiled upon us when Hailey Zureich joined our team as a Yoga instructor.

Hailey's Yoga classes are deliberate and thoughtful.  She guides the class through the movements with great positive energy and is both teacher and assistant to participants.  She is ever aware of comfort levels and safety as she adapts the challenge of class to each person's needs.

Hailey taught me more about Yoga than I expected in only a few classes.  She took care to explain positions and tied them into both a physical and spiritual experience.  Hailey is equal parts prepared, charismatic, and professional.   She brings joy as she instructs the class.  Every one of her classes was an exceptional experience.
